I am a seasoned mental health counsellor who combines empathetic
intelligence, receptive intuition and decades of experience and training. A sense of curiosity and discovery is encouraged when working together in a safe and supportive environment to uncover who you really are.


I am constantly studying and learning to stay up to date in the field of counselling and will collaboratively work with you to create a treatment plan that meets your unique situation, personality and goals. My studies include a BAppSocSc Psychology, Dipl. Sports Psychology, MSc Psychology, and extensive training in the fields of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. These very powerful techniques are used to help people like you get your life back.


Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, performance or relationship issues, there is hope. My goal is to help every client slow the swirling negative thoughts and come into balance with emotions. You can feel more hopeful, more alive and more empowered in your relationships, both at work and in the world. As you recognise your innate wisdom and knowledge, you can begin to express your true, authentic self.
